SYNOPSIS: 

"MOTEL" is a gut-punch psychological thriller that explores the machinations of a woman's broken and bruised mind as she attempts to leave her troubled past behind. The story opens with Charlie, a young girl, witnessing trauma within her family, a scene that introducing young Charlie in the dark familial prison that forces her to protect herself anyway possible. 

We meet Charlie in her present life, as a twenty-eight-year-old woman, still affected by her past, running from someone or something, as she enters a small coastal town and checks into the titular "Motel." Wishing to start anew, Charlie quickly makes three friends who are intrigued by her, as she seems unsettled by a presence we don’t automatically understand.

Just as Charlie is adapting, disturbing sounds from the family in the adjoining room spins Charlie’s world into a web of seduction, madness, and violence that threatens the sanity she has been so desperately clutching, leading you to an end that will haunt long after you’ve finished reading.
